We pride ourselves on being informal here and encourage all our guests to come along, relax and generally 'chill out' in this beautiful piece of kiwi paradise. As well as 'Our Boys' the Alpacas, we have a young friendly dog called Kaimai who will probably greet you before us - she can run faster !

Credit card - We are able to accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as forms of payment. Be assured Panorama Country Lodge will NOT process any deposits / payments from your card details and they will be held securely until the morning of your departure when your full account will be settled. If you prefer not to send card information over the internet, not a problem just email us so we can make other arrangements.

Cancellation policy - a penalty of 1 nights accommodation applies if a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival or in the case on non-arrival.

Check in time - is usually between 4pm and 9pm, although other arrangements can easily be made, so please inquire at booking time.

Check out time - is usually between 10am and 11am.

Breakfast - is normally served between 8am and 9am, but again other arrangements can be made, i.e. To accommodate early flights, excursions etc., kindly advise us before arrival of any special dietary requirements.

Health and safety - is foremost when you come and stay, being a rural property with machinery and stock, Panorama Country Lodge cannot be held responsible for any unreasonable lack of care and attention whilst on the premises.
